What You Could Win

The Six Prize Winners (three in Georgia and three in Ohio) will be selected from the eligible entries and each Prize Winner will receive a one-night stay in our Grand Royal Suite at Belamere Suites in Cumming, GA or Perrysburg, OH.

Approximate value of the prize is $600.00. You do not need to live in Georgia or Ohio to be eligible to win a prize.

(For example: If you post a TikTok video showcasing our Ohio boutique hotel and you win, you are more than welcome to travel to Georgia to reserve a suite at Belamere Suites Georgia, located at 2525 Antioch Rd. Cumming, GA 30040)

How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, entrants must follow @belameresuitesusa on TikTok and post one
or more TikTok video(s) showcasing Belamere Suites.

We’re looking for creativity, glamour, fun, excitement, and most of all, originality. Try to spotlight our swimming pools, spacious suites, walking paths, and all amenities in your
videos.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by TikTok, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period (08/27/2025-11/27/2025).

ENTRIES WILL NOT BE VALID UNLESS @belmeresuitesusa IS FOLLOWED, LIKED, AND TAGGED, and the hashtag #belamerecouplesescape is used in the caption.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to all individuals who post about their stay at Belamere Suites Hotels in Perrysburg, OH, and Cumming, GA, from August 27, 2025, to November 27, 2025, and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

This giveaway is for new and old guests who took a video recently or in the past. The requirement is that you must post a TikTok video between August 27, 2025, and November 27, 2025.

Those who post TikTok videos before or after the deadline are not eligible.

ENTRIES WILL NOT BE VALID UNLESS @belmeresuitesusa IS FOLLOWED, LIKED, AND TAGGED, and the hashtag #belamerecouplesescape is used in the caption.

Prize Drawing

There will be three categories for both locations. Those categories are most viewed, most liked, and staff favorite.

Prize Winners will be determined by Belamere Suites staff members on or about December 5, 2025.

Winners will be announced on Belamere Suites’ social media pages. If you are a winner, we will notify you via direct message through the TikTok page provided on or before December 5, 2025. Belamere Suites will attempt to notify the potential Prize Winner of his/her winning status via direct message via the platform used for entry. At that time, we will issue you a gift certificate to visit Belamere Suites.

The Fine Print

General Conditions

Belamere Suites is not responsible for late, incomplete, or illegible entries. We reserve the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the Entry process or posting any lewd videos. By participating in the giveaway, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions or interpretations of Belamere Suites regarding the Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. Non-compliance with these Official Rules shall result in disqualification from the giveaway.

Sponsor (Belamere Suites) reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor (Belamere Suites) in its sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor (Belamere Suites) may, in its sole discretion, determine the winners from among all non-suspect, eligible submissions received up to the time of such action using the judging
procedure outlined above.

Sponsor (Belamere Suites), in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the submission process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other giveaway or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated submissions. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the
giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor (Belamere
Suites) reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor’s (Belamere Suites) failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

General Release and Hold Harmless

By entering this giveaway and/or accepting a prize, each entrant and prize winner hereby releases, holds harmless, and forever discharges each of the giveaway Entities, Instagram, Facebook and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their
respective directors, officers, governors, employees, shareholders, and agents from any and all liability, loss, harm,
damage, cost, or expense associated with the Entrant’s participation in this giveaway, redemption of any Prize in
connection with this giveaway, attendance at any events related to this giveaway, and/or use or misuse of any Prize, including, but not limited to, all reasonable counsel fees and court costs incurred, property damage, personal injury, and/or death; related to the production, promotion, or execution of this giveaway (or participation therein), or claims
based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; and that may occur in connection with acceptance
and/or use of the Prize or while participating in or traveling to any Prize-related activity; except to the extent that such Loss is finally determined to be caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of any of the Released Entities.

Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited, giveaway Entrants agree that: any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, or any prize awarded, or the determination of a Prize Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this giveaway but in no event attorneys’ fees.

IN NO EVENT WILL ANY OF THE RELEASED ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN, OR THE PRODUCTION, PROMOTION, OR ADMINISTRATION OF, THE GIVEAWAY, OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NONUSE OF A PRIZE THAT MAY BE AWARDED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING,
ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK

Miscellaneous

By participating in the giveaway, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions or interpretations of Sponsor (Belamere Suites) regarding the Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. Non-compliance with these Official Rules shall result in disqualification from the giveaway. By participating in the giveaway, each Entrant waives any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant or Prize Winner, the individual who was, at the time of entry, as determined by Sponsor (Belamere Suites), the documented registered holder of the email account used in connection with entry for the giveaway will be deemed the eligible Entrant or Prize Winner, as applicable.

Publicity

Belamere Suites holds the right to use all entrants’ videos for purposes of advertising, marketing, promotion and/or publicity, without further notice, review, approval or authorization by all entrants and without payment or consideration to all entrants. The name of each Prize Winner will be published via Belamere Suites’ selected social media pages. Except where and as may be prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes the Prize Winner’s express permission for Sponsor (Belamere Suites) and its designees to use the Prize Winner’s name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown, state of residence, statement and any other identifying characteristics, including, but not limited to the taking of photographs and/or videos, in any manner and in any medium, not known or hereafter discovered or devised, worldwide in perpetuity, for purposes of advertising, marketing, trade, promotion and/or publicity, without further notice, review, approval or authorization by Prize Winner and without payment or consideration to Prize Winner.
