Terms and Conditions of Nomination:
- You may nominate as many couples as you desire by completing and submitting the nomination form before January 15th, 2025. This is the only means of entry.
- No purchase or payment of any kind, or the performance of any activity of any kind is a precondition to submission.
- No person who are employees of Belamere Suites Hotel, or who provide goods or services to Belamere Suites Hotel may participate.
- All nominated couples must be older than 21 years of age.
- We have the right to disqualify any submission that does not include all required information.
- Winners will be selected for each location by random drawing on January 20th, 2026.
- The winners will be notified by phone and email.
- Because the number of qualifying nominations cannot be predicted, it is impossible to calculate the chance of winning.
Terms and Conditions Applicable to Selected Couple's Stay:
- Each selected couple must make a confirmed reservation for a date of their choice, and provide credit card information. No hold or charge will be made at this time. However, the card will be charged for any items or services ordered by the guest which are not included with this promotion, and also for any violation of the hotel rules of stay which are included in the registration form. The reservation is subject to Belamere's 7 day cancellation policy.
- The redeemable certificate may not be used during special event weekends, certain holidays, and certain black-out dates, and bookings are subject to availability.
- Each selected couple must conform to Belamere's occupancy rules which do not permit pets, children, or anyone other than themselves to have access to, or use of the suite.
- Each selected couple agrees to permit Belamere to identify them by first names and place of residence on the Belamere website and Facebook page.
