Yes. You may check-in as early as 2pm. Early check-in is an additional $25 plus tax and we request that you give advanced notice. We also offer a late 1pm check-out for an additional $25 plus tax.

Our Georgia hotel is located just 30 miles away from Atlanta, Georgia. Our address is 2525 Antioch Rd., Cumming, Georgia 30040.
We have a variety of food baskets, these items can be purchased at the front desk or we can deliver them to your suite. Ask us about our Midnight Snack Basket or Fiesta Basket.
Also, if you don’t want what we have in-house, there are local delivery options available from nearby restaurants.

You must be at least 21 years old to stay with us.
We have a seven (7) day cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your reservation prior to 7 days before your first night, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.
Unfortunately, there are NO exceptions to this policy.
Our total commitment is to serving the needs of our guests. To achieve a true getaway, children, pets and unregistered guests are not permitted in our suites. We only allow two people per room, there are no exceptions.
Yes, however if you use cash to pay for your reservation we will require a deposit of $100 at check-in.

Our Presidential Swimming Pool, Royal & Grand Royal Swimming Pool suites include your own private, indoor swimming pool.
Our suites have an attached single car, personal garage. Extra parking is available in our parking lot. Garage size is 8 feet 9 inches wide by 6 feet 6 inches tall and 18 feet deep.
Amenities include: An attached single car personal garage, king size bed, satellite television with over 100 stations, micro fridge, large two-person whirlpool tub, two person walk- in shower, and a fireplace. Our pools are 18 feet by 11 feet and 4 feet deep. Each pool is set to 92 degrees.
Yes! We provide FREE wireless internet access to all guests.
Yes, a light breakfast will be delivered each morning to your suite for the length of your stay.
